Hello Tim,

I just hope that this will net me results as every other way has gotten me nowhere. I ordered some bellow straps but came with missing parts. I called and they said the would mail out the missing parts but I havnt received them. This was 3 weeks ago that I called. I have tried calling, leaving messages and emails but have gotten no answer. I thank you for your time and look forward to a resolution to thus issue.

I've had good customer service from Hohner so hopefully you'll get that issue resolved quick...

I finally was able to get ahold of Mark and he resent the parts. He mentioned that the first service tech never completed the transaction.
