I'm new on the forum!  Hi all. I have an old Menze accordion my great uncle played. I can do little on it but am trying to learn. Here is a recording of my great uncle playing a song I don't know the name of.

Song

Menze accordions were made around 1900 by C. T. Menze of St. Louis, Missouri. An old button accordion, essentially.  Any info on the song would be appreciated. If you figure out this one, I have another mystery. :-)

Hi poemblaze,

Don't know your tune but thank you for posting it - it's a beautiful style and a nice sounding instrument.

I'd like to hear more!

I'm interested in the Menze accordions and other St. Louis accordions.

This is an old thread, so I'll PM you,

Best,
