Are reed blocks sold by Rows or do they have to be ordered as a set?
Anyone savvy?

Usually they're sold as complete sets. I've never seen a single block of reeds sold alone, unless maybe an accordion tuner does it as a one-off for a customer.

my F row on my FBbEB accordion looks warped. I didn't want to have to purchase the whole set. Gonna have to check the treble side for breaks or cracks.

I frequently level the bottoms of reedblocks using coarse sandpaper.

I'll try that.  I've already built a block but haven't had a chance to transfer the reeds onto it.  It looks identical but I hope I don't end up worse. I don't want to have different notes sounding at the same time.

A good trick for flattening warped blocks is to get a piece of thick glass and glue 80 grit sand paper to it (use contact cement).
Since most glass is incredibly flat it works as a good base.
draw lines on the bottom of the block so you can see the low spots when you start sanding by sliding the block back and forth by pressing down on only the top of the block.
Slide the block along its length so you don't rock it back and forth and make it worse.
Check the bottom frequently to see what is happening. You don't need it perfect since the gasket will make up for some unevenness.

That sounds like a good idea.  I think I need to check that the area where the block sits is also even.
Thanx Kimric
