Tim are the reed blocks on a Panther and a Compadre interchangeable? Thank you for any help you may be able to provide.

Reed blocks for Panther, Compadre and Corona II (both reg and classic) should be interchangeable. Some older accordions might have blocks that are a bit shorter length wise but can still usually fit in new boxes, just not fully seated to the back side opposite of the screws.

Thanks for your response Michael. Tim for some reason didn't answer my question . Maybe he is no longer with Hohner. The reason I ask is because I have a Hohner Panther in GCF with noisy clacking buttons and was thing of putting the GCF reeds in my newer Compadre which is in FBE. I use the GCF accordion more than the FBE. My riend who I jam with once in a while sings inthe key of  G. Thanks again.
