Has anyone had any issues with Elio? I ordered reed blocks from him and he has not shipped them. I emailed him and no response. I called him and did not ship them the day he said he was gonna ship. I don't know if he's extremely busy or what... They had to be shipped since 9/25.

I've emailed him about four times in the last two years about getting a quote on a accordion and to this day I haven't received a response. Although I did receive an email from a Boppola dealer in Mexico (which I do not want). I haven't tried calling him directly.

@luis Did you email Elio and then get a response from Boppola? My friend did the same thing and Boppola replied. Elio is making boppola.

@mex23 I called Elio a week ago he apologized and said he would ship last Monday. I called last night and his son answered, I gave him my email and Im still waiting for Elios response.

Yes, I emailed Elio and a couple of days later received an email from Boppola saying that I had contacted Elio for a price quote and that they would provide me with a quote and asked for what I wanted although I had already sent Elio all that info.  Since he didn't directly respond, I decided to look for another accordion to research and purchase. I gave up trying to contact him.

I believe Elio is making Boppola's but not 100% sure.

That's weird though. Maybe he just replied to me because I wanted to only order reeds.

Well I'm gonna call him again tonight I hope he answers. Hopefully I can find out whats really going on with my order.

Well i purchased an accordion directly with Elio about 3 or 4 yrs ago. Didnt have any issues. I know he is making boppola and brilingtton because the factory thatd on the picture he sent me of my box is the same factory thats on boppolas pictures, as well as the brilingtton that i purchased. The difference is the reeds. My elio box didnt sound as good as the brilingtton.

Well I ordered handmade reeds. Maybe he's having trouble with the company or something. How long did it take to receive your accordion after you ordered it?
