I'm just starting out and it has been a great learning tool. It's like having sr maestro on the Ipad. It teaches you scales in singles, thirds, and sixths, step by step indicating what finger you should be using. It also has some song you can learn too. I don't know how it compares sound-wise to the squeezebox apps but as a learning tool it is great.
