i've recently have been trying to broaden my acordion playing by trying to play songs with the root chord being a minor ("Cm"). With Majors, I don't have a problem. My question is when the song goes from the Cm to segunda or tercera and i want to play an adorno, if in segunda Gm do I play an adorno using the Gm scale. Or can i use G major scale and end it in the Gm chord. Same for tercera and primera. Any help would be great. Thanks,

Depends on the style. A lot of minor cumbias and many styles go to a major segunda and not a minor. The tercera is always a minor. Hope this helps.

Esteban, i dont have anything specific to recommend. What other questions do you have about minors or music in general?
