I ordered a corona classic style bellow strap to upgrade the Panthers strap. How would i install this? I think the original one is through bolted and the new one uses screws. If the holes don't line up will I have to fill or plug them to prevent a leak? They look more or less like this but with the Hohner logo.

Its easy. Remove old screws, fill with elmers or wood glue, line up new straps and screw them in. Did it on one of my panthers

If you want to get fancy next time put wood glue on a toothpick and jam it in the hole then snap it off flush with the surface. Tap it in flush with the handle of a screw driver if it sticks up a little or trim with a nail clipper.
If you are really handy you can score around the toothpick with a razorblade at the surface after pushing it in and it will snap off flush.

Dab with a bit of nail polish after the glue dries to color it.
